KeySheet

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 17, 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of KeySheet for Autodesk Revit, provided by Studio 205 LLC ("Studio2o5", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using KeySheet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use KeySheet.

If you use KeySheet on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

License and Permitted Use

Subject to these terms and your trial or purchased license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use KeySheet for your personal or internal business purposes. Your license details determine the permitted users, devices, and duration of access.

You may not resell or distribute KeySheet without permission, bypass licensing or authentication controls, or use KeySheet to access data without authorization. You may not reverse engineer KeySheet except where applicable law permits it.

KeySheet and its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Studio2o5 or their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the software to you.

Trials, Purchases, and Access

Trial access is limited to the duration and features described when you register. Continued use after a trial may require a paid license. You must provide accurate information for registration, purchase verification, and licensing, and protect your account credentials and license details.

Prices, payment terms, license duration, and any applicable renewal or refund conditions are those disclosed at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Your Documents and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of your documents and project data. You are responsible for having permission to access and modify the Revit models, Google Sheets, and other documents you use with KeySheet.

Review generated or updated information before relying on it, and maintain backups before making changes to project files. KeySheet assists your workflow; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your project documentation and professional decisions.

Third-Party Software and Services

KeySheet works with Autodesk Revit and may connect to Google services. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary third-party software, accounts, and permissions and complying with their terms.

Third-party services, APIs, and supported software versions may change or become unavailable, which may affect KeySheet functionality. Studio2o5 does not control those services.

Availability and Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KeySheet is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every system or future third-party software version.

These terms do not exclude any warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or override any express commitments included with your purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studio2o5 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from your use of KeySheet.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Ending Use or Access

You may stop using KeySheet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, unauthorized use, or failure to maintain a valid license. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

When your license expires or is terminated, you must stop using the licensed software. Ending access does not transfer ownership of your documents to us or remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as KeySheet evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law and obtain consent where required. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the change.
